The Annual Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards are given each year by NARI Charlotte to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. NARI Contractor Members are invited each year to compete for the prestigious CotY Award. A Panel of Judges votes for the “CotY” Award winners. Winners are announced at a Keynote Presentation and Evening of Excellence Dinner each November which is open to the General Public. The CotY Awards have become NARI Charlotte’s premier event.
